Render Pass Baking Add-On for Blender

- Fixed Curvature border artefacts (when NOT using auto-tiling) = Default keWT blender file updated
- Also made the curvature offset-scaling larger, to avoid some potential tiling issues. This will add comp-time - but probably not very noticable
- Tip: If you have a heavily customized default you can append the 'CurvatureSmooth' node-group, replace the old one in the keWT Layer group
- Uncapped the height limit that was capped for some reason (or, now 99999 instead of 1!)

- Manual updated: Now strongly recommend moving the keWT default blend file (to protect customization when updating, for instance)

- Added support for converting simple "ID Materials" (no nodes or not even BSDF, like the ones in keKit)
- Replaced Light/Diffuse Color Pass with custom AOV Color Pass (to get material colors with *no shading*) - Older keWT scenes may need to be re-setup.
- Added Output Name warning for base name with ".001" ending (Does not work with frame padding removal)
- Updated keWT Setup Blend-file with Color changes. User modified Default .blend will probably need updating manually. (Remember to check the path in add-on prefs!)
- Console output has been reworked with more progress info. + Default Path is printed in console output (as a reminder).
- The (updated) manual is now the same as the online documentation (html only)
