# KeKit (Pro)

## End User License Agreement (EULA) v1.03

"keKit" (General Tool Kit / Script Collection Add-on for Blender) is Copyright © 2024 Kjell Emanuelsson ([ke-code.xyz](https://ke-code.xyz/)) & released under GPL3 (GNU General Public License) with the exception of the custom artwork included (#8 below).

This document was last updated 2024-04-11 (ISO8601).

*This EULA applies to the "Pro" version of keKit, referred to as "keKit" in this document.*

By using keKit you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You are granted technical support (referred to as “support” hereafter) for installation and use of this software, limited to the amount of keKit seats/licenses purchased. 

2. Support is limited to troubleshooting and bug-fixing issues directly caused by keKit only. "*Special compatibility*" (with other 3rd party Add-ons) can be provided via separate agreement.

3. Support will be conducted on-line only, using the support form (e-mail), unless separate contractual arrangements are made for on-site support and/or other communication software.

4. Support will be available for as long as the Pro version is publicly available for purchase from the author (Kjell Emanuelsson), unless separate contractual arrangements are made.

5. keKit support is available for the current stable release version of Blender and the current LTS (Long Term Support) version - as listed on [Blender.org](https://www.blender.org/). No support is guaranteed for Alpha, Beta or Release Candidates (or any other) versions of Blender.

6. You may use keKit for personal as well as commercial purposes.

7. keKit is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version. This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the GNU General Public License for more details.
